Studio Subscription Membership – Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions form part of, and are to be read in conjunction with, our standard Studio Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a subscription membership, you agree to the following additional terms.

1. Subscription Types

We offer two subscription memberships:

Individual Subscription – $299 per month
Includes up to 4 hours of studio hire per calendar month.

Team Subscription – $600 per month
Includes up to 8 hours of studio hire per calendar month.

2. Purpose of Use

Individual Subscriptions are intended for sole traders, content creators, and individual business owners requiring consistent access to the Studio for content creation and related activities.

Team Subscriptions are intended for businesses and organisations requiring regular access for team meetings, content creation, product photography, or brand activity.

The Studio reserves the right to ensure use remains consistent with the selected subscription type.

3. Occupancy

For Individual Subscriptions, a maximum of two (2) persons are permitted in the Studio at any one time during a booking.

Team Subscription bookings are subject to standard Studio capacity limits, as advised at the time of booking.

4. Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

  • Minimum booking durations apply as follows:

    • Individual Subscription: minimum 1 hour per booking

    • Team Subscription: minimum 2 hours per booking

  • Subscription hours may be used in separate bookings but cannot be used across multiple simultaneous sessions.

  • Overtime charges apply. If you stay longer than your booking time you will be required to pay the full hourly overtime rate.

  • Standard Studio booking policies apply to all reservations.

5. Included Hours

  • Subscription inclusions reset monthly on the date of payment.

  • Unused hours do not roll over into subsequent months unless otherwise stated in writing as part of a promotional offer.

  • Included hours are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared, gifted, or sold.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will result in the full allocated hours being deducted.

  • Failure to attend a booked session (no-show) will result in the full booking being forfeited.

  • Continued cancellations or no shows may result in you subscription being cancelled.

7. Subscription Benefits

  • Subscription pricing reflects discounted access compared to standard studio hire rates.

  • Team Subscriptions include complimentary use of add on studio furniture and props, subject to availability and proper use.

  • Any additional services, equipment, staffing, or production support are not included unless expressly stated.

8. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via automatic payment.

  • Membership access is conditional upon successful payment.

  • Failure to process payment may result in suspension of booking privileges until payment is received.

  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice provided in advance.

9. Studio Use and Conduct

  • The Studio must be used responsibly and left in a clean and tidy condition following each booking.

  • Any damage to Studio property, equipment, or furnishings will be the responsibility of the subscriber and may incur additional charges.

  • All users must comply with standard Studio Terms & Conditions relating to conduct, safety, and use of space.

10. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Subscribers may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice.

  • The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription at its discretion if Terms & Conditions are breached.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

11. General

  • Subscriptions are provided for ongoing access to Studio hire only and do not constitute exclusivity over the Studio.

  • The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided to subscribers.

  • Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions
